NamQritique is the data controller for personal information collected through the Platform. We operate under and comply with the laws of the Republic of Namibia, including the Protection of Personal Information principles applicable in Namibia.

- Chosen username (publicly displayed)
- Profile information (bio, avatar)
- Business information (if registering as a business)
- Review content, photos, and ratings you submit
- Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store card data)

- IP address, browser type, and device identifiers
- Operating system and screen resolution
- Pages visited, time on page, click behaviour
- Referring URLs and search terms

We may receive information about you from third-party services (e.g. social login providers) if you choose to connect them.

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Review content may be anonymised and retained for platform integrity purposes.

No system is completely secure. You use the Platform at your own risk and should use a strong, unique password.
